Orders
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message.
We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of payment issues, incorrect information, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order, any payment received will be refunded.
Payments
We accept payments through secure gateways like Razorpay, UPI, or Cash on Delivery (if available).
Payment must be completed before shipping, except for COD orders.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are typically dispatched within 2–5 business days.
Delivery time varies by location but generally ranges between 5–10 business days.
You will receive tracking details once your order is shipped.

Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns only in the case of:
Wrong product delivered
Damaged product on arrival
Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof via WhatsApp or email.
Returns are not accepted for minor color variations, wrong size choices, or personalized/custom items.
Approved returns will be refunded as store credit or exchanged based on stock availability.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, cancellation is not guaranteed.
Refunds (if eligible) will be processed within 5–7 working days.

Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for delays or failures in delivery caused by natural disasters, courier issues, or events beyond our control.
