Return Eligibility
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged or defective item received
β We do not accept returns for:
- Size-related issues (please check size charts before ordering)
- Minor color variations (due to lighting/screen)
- Customized or altered products
- Change of mind
Return Request Timeframe
All return requests must be raised within 48 hours of product delivery.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- Photos/videos of the received product (with packaging)
- Short description of the issue

Return Process
Once your return request is approved:
- You may be asked to return the item to our address.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
- Return courier charges will be borne by the customer (unless it was our fault).
Refunds
After inspecting the returned item, refunds will be issued as:
Exchanges
Exchanges are available only if the replacement product is in stock.
If not, we will issue a refund or store credit.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing.
After dispatch, cancellations are not allowed.
