1. Shipping Policy
We aim to get your favorite stitches to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible.
Delivery Timeline: Once an order is successfully placed, it will be processed and delivered to your provided address within 7 business days.
Tracking: Upon dispatch, you will receive a notification with tracking details to monitor your delivery.
Accuracy: We currently deliver across India. Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are 100% accurate to avoid delivery delays.
2. Return & Exchange Eligibility
To maintain the quality of our products, we follow a strict return policy.
We Accept Returns For:
Wrong product delivered.
Damaged or defective items received.
We Do NOT Accept Returns For:
Size Issues: Please consult our size charts carefully before ordering.
Color Variations: Minor differences may occur due to photography lighting or screen settings.
Customization: Any products that have been customized or altered.
Change of Mind: We do not offer returns if you simply no longer want the item.
3. Return & Exchange Process
If your item is eligible for a return based on the criteria above, please follow these steps:
Timeframe: You must raise a return request within 48 hours (2 business days) of product delivery.

Your Order Number.
Clear photos/videos of the received product (including packaging).
A short description of the issue.
Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
Shipping Costs: Return courier charges are to be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item).
Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item is out of stock, we will process a refund instead. Exchanging items will be delivered within 7 business days.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refunds
Approval: Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Timeline: Once approved, it will take 7 business days for the amount to be credited back to your original bank account or payment method.
Cancellations
Window: Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement.
Post-Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot accept cancellations.
